Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agentic SDLC Product Owner with a strong product mindset to own and evolve the roadmap for an Agentic Software Development Life Cycle SDLC platform The role will focus on defining product vision prioritizing capabilities driving adoption and successfully onboarding data products and engineering teams onto the platform

• Primary Responsibilities
• Product Vision Roadmap
• Own and continuously refine the product vision and roadmap for the Agentic SDLC platform
• Translate business engineering and user needs into clear product capabilities and priorities
• Define shortterm and longterm product goals aligned with organizational priorities
• Product Backlog Management
• Create prioritize and groom the product backlog
• Develop clear epics features user stories and acceptance criteria
• Balance new capabilities platform improvements technical debt and adoption requirements
• Data Product Onboarding
• Drive onboarding of data products onto the Agentic SDLC platform
• Work closely with data product owners and engineering teams to understand onboarding requirements and dependencies
• Define repeatable onboarding patterns and ensure a seamless adoption experience
• Agentic SDLC Enablement
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI agents and automation across the SDLC
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define product capabilities that improve developer experience and engineering productivity
• Drive adoption of Agentic SDLC capabilities across participating teams
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with engineering data AI platform DevOps architecture security and business stakeholders
• Gather requirements manage competing priorities and maintain alignment on the roadmap
• Communicate product direction priorities dependencies risks and outcomes to stakeholders
• Product Adoption Continuous Improvement
• Define adoption and success metrics for the platform
• Gather feedback from users and product teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Continuously evolve the platform based on user needs adoption patterns and business priorities
• Mandatory Skills
• Strong Product Management Product Owner experience with demonstrated product mindset
• Experience defining and managing product roadmaps and backlogs
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices
• Experience working with engineering platform data or AIfocused products
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features and user stories
• Experience driving platformproduct adoption and onboarding
• Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills
• Understanding of Agile product development methodologies
• Excellent communication prioritization analytical and problemsolving skills
• Preferred Skills
• Understanding of Agentic AI Generative AI and AIassisted software development
• Experience with data platforms or data products
• Understanding of DevOps CICD APIs cloud platforms and developer tooling
• Experience managing enterprise platform products serving multiple engineering teams
• Familiarity with AI governance security and enterprise technology environments
