Specialist - AI Engineering

We are looking for a handson Forward Deployed Engineer FDE to work directly with customers in designing building deploying and scaling AIpowered solutions on AWS The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering expertise combined with deep experience in Generative AI Agentic AI cloudnative architectures and modern engineering practices This role requires a blend of technical excellence customer engagement business consulting and solution leadership to help organizations unlock measurable business value through AIled transformation

• Must Have Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python and API development using FastAPI andor Flask
• Strong architecture and system design skills with the ability to design and evolve scalable reliable solutions for enterprise environments
• Handson expertise with AWS services including Bedrock SageMaker Lambda ECSEKS API Gateway S3 DynamoDB and CloudWatch
• Strong experience with Docker Kubernetes Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Deep understanding of LLMs prompt engineering RAG architectures and AI application development
• Handson experience with Amazon Bedrock Claude OpenAI models and enterprise AI solution development
• Experience building agentic AI solutions using LangChain LangGraph CrewAI or similar frameworks
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems such as Pinecone and ChromaDB
• Strong knowledge of CICD DevOps and observability using GitHub ActionsJenkins and monitoring frameworks such as OpenTelemetry
• Ability to design build deploy and support productiongrade AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong customerfacing communication and solutioning skills

• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with MongoDB PostgreSQL and messaging platforms such as Kafka
• Knowledge of Neo4j and knowledge graph implementations
• Experience with AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot Claude Code or similar
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock Guardrails AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Experience with AI testing evaluation and monitoring tools such as LangSmith and LangFuse
• Exposure to multiagent systems workflow automation and enterprise system integrations

• Partner directly with customers to understand business problems and translate them into AIdriven solutions
• Design develop deploy and optimize GenAI RAG and Agentic AI applications on AWS
• Integrate enterprise data sources APIs and cloud services into scalable AI architectures
• Establish best practices for security observability testing and deployment
• Drive endtoend ownership from solution design through production deployment and support
• Ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders to define solution strategies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
