About the Internship:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern (3 Months) who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in user acquisition, retention marketing, CRM campaigns, and performance marketing.

You will work closely with the growth and marketing team to execute campaigns across MoEngage, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads while learning how high-growth consumer startups scale users and engagement.

This internship is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth strategy, analytics, and consumer tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing user acquisition and retention campaigns across MoEngage, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Support lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back journeys.
• Help create audience cohorts, segmentation logic, and automated communication flows in MoEngage.
• Assist in running Meta and Google campaigns focused on app installs, lead generation, conversions, and remarketing.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPI, CAC, retention, and engagement rates.
• Coordinate with product, design, analytics, and tech teams for campaign execution.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and communication strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and contribute insights for optimization and growth.
• Help maintain campaign tracking and reporting dashboards.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Growth Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms like: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and attribution platforms like AppsFlyer.
• Understanding of push notifications, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, or in-app engagement.
• Interest in fintech, consumer tech, or app-based businesses.
• Basic knowledge of campaign tracking, funnels, and growth experimentation.
