Position
Customer Support Executive Inbound Voice Process
Who Can Apply
- Graduates Freshers are welcome!
- 6 months1 year experience in voice/customer support preferred
- Excellent communication in English Hindi
- Regional language proficiency is an added advantage
- Basic computer MS Office knowledge
- SVAR Score: 50+
- Freshers: 16,200 CTC | 15,700 Take Home (NATS)
- Experienced: 23,000 CTC | 17,500 Take Home
- Two-way cab facility OR 2,000 transport allowance
- 6 working days + 1 rotational week off
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with banking-related queries and services.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products/services.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call.
