• Implement SOPs and compliance protocols.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and clinic infrastructure.
• Inventory and stock management.

2. Be a part of Revenue and Business Growth

• Vital role in Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets of Clinic
• Patient Counselling
• Advice - Upsell/cross-sell clinic services and packages.
• Develop and Initiate Improvement plans

3. Customer Experience & Patient Satisfaction

• Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Ensure timely grievance redressal and feedback implementation.
• Patient satisfaction index.

4. Team and Staff Management

• Leave and Attendance Management
• Ensure adequate staffing
• Ensure discipline and adherence to clinic protocols.

5. Financial Control and Reporting

• Monitor and control operational expenses.
• Manage cash flow, billing, and collections.
• Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports to management.

6. Essential Documentation

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, and audits.
• Maintain medical records and documentation standards.
• Ensure fire safety, biomedical waste disposal, and statutory licenses.
• Monitor AMC contracts, equipment maintenance, and repairs
