M1Xchange - Manager - Digital Marketing

Role Objective:

As a Marketing/Senior marketing manager at M1xchange, you will drive the brand's narrative across India's supply chain finance ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that reach MSMEs (Suppliers), Large Corporates (Buyers), and Financial Institutions (Banks/NBFCs). Your goal is to scale M1xchange's digital footprint, enhance thought leadership, and drive platform throughput through data-backed lead generation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Positioning: Develop and maintain a consistent, luxurious, yet minimalist brand aesthetic across all touchpoints, ensuring M1xchange is perceived as the most trusted TReDS platform in India.

Multi-Channel Campaigns: Lead the end-to-step execution of integrated campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Social Media to drive awareness of TReDS benefits and regulatory updates.

Performance Marketing & SEO: Oversee technical SEO initiatives and performance-led lead generation to attract MSMEs. Manage site architecture, unique content strategies, and SERP rankings to maintain domain authority.

B2B Outreach & Events: Strategize and anchor flagship industry events and regional outreach programs. You will manage the marketing collateral and communication for high-net-worth corporate decision-makers.

• Marketing Automation: Leverage tools such as Salesforce and Breevo to automate the customer journey from onboarding MSMEs to re-engaging corporate buyers.
• Content & Thought Leadership: Curate high-quality whitepapers, blogs, and video scripts that simplify complex financial concepts.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Product and Sales teams.
• Website Stewardship: Act as the primary owner of the M1xchange website managing updates, UI/UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization
• Agency & PR Management:

1. Vendor Ecosystem: Act as the primary point of contact for Creative, Performance, and PR agencies. You will set their KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure their output meets M1xchange's brand standards.

• 2. PR Coordination: Work with the PR agency to secure media placements, manage press releases for major milestones and coordinate leadership interviews.
• Events & Outreach:
• 1. Flagship Forums: Lead the marketing and execution of our flagship industry event, and regional outreach programs.
• 2. B2B Collateral: Create high-impact presentations and marketing kits for sales teams to use with CXOs of Corporates and Banks.
• Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven track record in B2B Marketing, preferably within Fintech, Supply Chain Finance, or SaaS.
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to act as a brand anchor or spokesperson during industry events.
• Content Mastery: Proven ability to produce or direct high-quality video content and professional business writing.
• Technical Stack: Familiarity with CMS (WordPress), SEO tools (SEMrush), and Marketing Automation (Salesforce), Email Marketing (Breevo).
• Agency Management: Strong experience in briefing and holding external partners accountable for ROI.
