Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Technology located in Noida. The Vice President will lead strategic technology initiatives, oversee the development and maintenance of the platform, and enhance system security and scalability.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing technology budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, track emerging technology trends, and develop a robust tech roadmap to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud-based technologies

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse development teams

• In-depth understanding of fintech platforms, digital transformation, and technology implementation

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to deliver high-impact solutions

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial services sector

• Relevant technical degree such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
