• The project: 
• This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
• You’ll be responsible for:

• Manages the preparation, administration and execution of contract documentation, providing advice on contractual requirements, completion certification and final accounts.
• Leads cost management and control throughout the contract lifecycle, including valuations, variations, financial reporting and identification of costs arising from design changes, contract awards and construction activities.
• Supports the assessment and resolution of contractor and supply chain claims, including those relating to delays and additional costs, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and supporting successful project outcomes.
• Leads and develops professional teams, driving performance through effective management, coaching and technical development while promoting continuous improvement and transformational change.
• Collaborates to support the transition to net zero carbon, proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions and reduction opportunities throughout the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.
