Build the Future of AI-Powered Decision Intelligence

Are you passionate about building scalable SaaS applications that solve real-world business problems?

At MADTECH.AI, you'll work on an AI-powered Decision Intelligence platform used by global organizations to transform complex marketing and business data into actionable insights. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern web applications, integrating data-rich dashboards, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Redux.
  • Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Develop and integrate interactive dashboards into our SaaS platform using iFrame, Embed SDKs, and Compose SDKs.
  • Develop secure, reusable, and maintainable APIs and backend services.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across both frontend and backend.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and data sources to enable seamless product functionality.
  • Build responsive interfaces using Bootstrap, Material UI, and modern UI best practices.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with comprehensive unit testing using Jest.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Data Engineers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and architectural decisions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, enhance existing features, and continuously improve application performance.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
  • Strong expertise in: React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Redux
  • Solid experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Git and GitHub version control.
  • Good understanding of application performance optimization and web security best practices.
  • Experience writing unit tests using Jest.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for writing clean, scalable code.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python or Kotlin.
  • Knowledge of AWS services such as RDS, Redshift, and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with Airbyte and Apache Airflow.
  • Exposure to BI and visualization platforms such as Apache Superset or AWS QuickSight.
  • Experience working with digital marketing, advertising, or analytics data.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
