Job Description
Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the creative and strategic talent landscape — someone who can hire not just for skill, but for cultural and creative fit within a fast-paced agency environment. Youll own full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, account management, and client servicing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for creative (art, design, video), strategy, account management, and production roles through job boards, portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble), and industry networks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill creative roles
- Partner with Creative Directors, Account Directors, and department heads to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Conduct intake meetings to align on must-have skills vs. nice-to-haves, especially for portfolio-based roles
- Screen resumes and portfolios for relevant craft, conceptual thinking, and agency experience
- Coordinate and conduct first-round interviews assessing technical/creative ability and cultural fit
- Coordinate portfolio reviews and creative tests with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate)
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding handoffs
- Represent the agency at industry events, design school visits, and recruitment fairs to strengthen employer branding
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an advertising, design, or creative agency setting
- Experience hiring creative, strategy, or client-servicing roles is a strong plus
- Familiarity with portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble) in addition to standard ATS/job boards
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable working with Creative Directors and senior leadership
- Excellent communication and candidate-experience instincts
- Work location: Sector 63, Noida
