About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-driven Store Manager Counter Sales to manage showroom walk-in clients and drive in-store sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring smooth sales operations at the showroom.
This is a purely in-store role no field work involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain and demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly
- Handle pricing discussions and negotiate effectively to close sales
- Resolve customer queries and concerns confidently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, stock availability, and order processing
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (retail/showroom/counter sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple customers during peak hours
- Basic understanding of billing processes and sales documentation (preferred)
