Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Senior Manager will oversee and manage key operations, lead teams to achieve business goals, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. Core responsibilities will include strategizing and implementing business development plans, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing financial data, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring team members and contributing to overall organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• In-depth knowledge of financial services, particularly in vehicle, tractor, and SME financing
• Proficiency in financial data analysis, strategy formulation, and business development
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets
• Ability to work on-site and handle cross-functional operations with precision
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA/CA) preferred
• Experience in rural and semi-urban financial services or similar customer segments will be an advantage
