Position: Area Sales Business Manager EV | Passenger Vehicle (4W)

Experience: 2 to 4 Years (New Car Sales Passenger Vehicle / 4W is mandatory)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech preferred; MBA added advantage

Locations: Ahmedabad / Bhubaneswar / Guwahati / Kolkata / Patna

We are looking for an Area Sales Business Manager to drive EV Passenger Vehicle (4W) business for the assigned region. The role involves managing dealer performance, market share growth, customer experience, and coordination for EV ecosystem readiness.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Growth:

• Drive sales volume and market share in assigned territory
• Monitor and support dealer performance & retail targets
• Ensure end-to-end customer experience (Pre-sales to Sales delivery)
• Manage showroom & digital customer journey
• Ensure timely order availability, billing & retail closures
• Plan & execute activations, market coverage & enquiry generation
• Lead hyperlocal digital initiatives and dealer marketing activities
• Ensure dealership infrastructure readiness for EV business

Service & Post-Sales Support:

• Track customer feedback, NPS and drive corrective actions
• Ensure process adherence across dealerships
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment & trained manpower
• Manage spare parts availability & warranty coordination

EV Ecosystem Coordination:

• Work with charging infrastructure teams to ensure regional readiness

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience in New Car Sales / Passenger Vehicle (4W)
• Good understanding of dealer operations & automotive sales cycle
• Strong communication, execution & stakeholder management skills
• Passion for Electric Vehicle industry
