Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Durgapur, with some flexibility for working from home. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, and coordinating internal teams to deliver digital marketing, website, and app development projects on time and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and reports, tracking project progress, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The Account Manager will collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams, handle issue resolution, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with project coordination or account handling in digital marketing, website design, or mobile application development environments.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for internal teams.
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a professional client-facing demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritization of multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency or digital solutions company is an advantage; familiarity with analytics and reporting tools is beneficial.
