Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based in Durgapur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, search, and email, to increase brand awareness and lead generation. The specialist will manage and optimize social media profiles, create engaging content, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular analytics reports. Daily responsibilities include analyzing web and marketing metrics, adjusting strategies based on data, coordinating with designers and developers, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also requires staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
