About The Role

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified – ICAI) to join its Finance & Accounts team.

We welcome applications from freshly qualified Chartered Accountants and experienced professionals passionate about financial reporting, taxation, auditing, costing, compliance, budgeting, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Review books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare management reports (MIS) and financial dashboards.

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review tax returns and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for assessments and notices.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.

Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate Statutory, Internal, Cost, and Tax Audits.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
• Assist in implementing audit recommendations.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis and profitability reporting.
• Assist management in financial decision-making.

Costing & Business Finance

• Monitor product costing and inventory valuation.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and operational efficiencies.
• Support pricing and profitability analysis.

Banking & Treasury

• Handle banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Assist in loan documentation and banking compliance.

• Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified) – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
• Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced)
• Freshly qualified CAs (2025 & 2026 batches) are encouraged to apply.
