Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations
• Support in preparing and maintaining statutory books and records
• Coordinate and organize board meetings and shareholder meetings, including documentation and minute-taking
• Handle communication with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and board members
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documents
• Maintain confidentiality and manage documentation for audits and statutory filings

Must-Have

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with fresher status
• Good understanding of Indian Company Law and corporate governance practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in document management and legal compliance
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience or familiarity with stakeholder management tools
