- Drive Category Creation / Growth related initiatives
â—‹ Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives
- â– Offline to Online Bus Customer movement
- â– Cross Selling Bus from other LOBs
- â– Leisure/Pilgrim/Other Category Creation initiatives
- â—‹ Run analytics on Customer cohorts , Shopper/ Conversion related bottlenecks and come up with recommendation to accelerate growth
- â—‹ Create visibility of target vs actuals and identify areas of course correction across different dimensions(Region, Channel,Customer Cohorts etc)
- â—‹ Drive Sales Promotion charter to influence customer retention
- â—‹ Drive projects in collaboration Product, Data Science, Performance Marketing Team.
