The Flights business is a key growth engine for MakeMyTrip, driving bookings across India and the GCC markets. As Indias largest online travel aggregator, we offer extensive flight options, competitive fares, and a seamless booking experience for both domestic and international travel. About The Role
This role leverages data and insights to drive business growth, improve online conversions, and increase revenue for MMTs Flights Business. Working closely with business and alliance teams, it translates data into strategic inputs, enables informed decisions, and identifies growth opportunities. The role also strengthens data-led decision-making and reporting capabilities across the business.
What Will You Be Doing

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations by integrating and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Partner with business managers to support data-led discounting strategies and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional alliance teams on strategic business initiatives.
• Develop and execute database queries to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Work closely with management to understand, prioritize, and address key business and information requirements.
  

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech from a reputed institute with 3 to 4 years of experience in data analytics (SQL), analyzing data trends and reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries; Advanced Excel is a must-have.
• Working knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
