Job Description
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and periodic forecasting for the international business across multiple geographies and consolidate financial plans for leadership review
- Analyse performance vs AOP and latest forecasts across countries, highlighting leading and lagging KPIs and actionable insights
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for senior management and ensure timely circulation to stakeholders for strategic decision-making
- Partner with business and country leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and investment decisions
- Track and analyse performance of other OTA players, including financials, market positioning, and operating metrics, to support potential merger and acquisition (M&A) evaluations
- Conduct periodic market research on the OTA sector, including funding activity, M&A transactions, and major strategic developments across SEA and LATAM
- Perform cohort, sensitivity, repeat, retention, and profitability analyses, along with other ad-hoc analytical work as required
