About The Role
Within this business, the Revenue team plays a strategic role in unlocking growthand maximizing profitability. By leveraging data, market signals, and crossfunctional collaboration, the team drives pricing strategies, monitors categoryperformance, and identifies opportunities to enhance conversion and revenueoutcomes. It sits at the intersection of analytics and business, enabling data-leddecisions that shape the future of our hotels business.
What Will You Be Doing

• Tracking key business metrics on a daily basis and enabling the team to do thesame by creating automated reports and dashboards.
• Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders for gathering requirementsand prioritizing business and information needs.
• Creating interactive data visualizations by interpreting trends and integratingdata from multiple sources.
• Analyzing data using statistical techniques to identify emerging customer orbusiness patterns and highlighting areas for improving efficiency and productivity.
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of operational reports; addressing and resolvingany issues related to data representation or quality.
• Translating insights into actions by designing and implementing businessexperiments, tweaking operational levers, and tracking impact.
• Driving strategic, high-impact projects aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborating with management to refine and prioritize business needs based onevolving data insights.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics from a reputedinstitute, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  

Key Success Factors For The Role

• Strong knowledge of advanced SQL queries and Excel is a must.
• Exposure to web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or AdobeOmniture.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpretlarge datasets with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in writing complex queries, generating reports, and presenting datadriven insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate on complex projectswithin the team and across functions.
• A solid understanding of statistics, with prior experience in statistical tools orprogramming languages such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python, is preferred.
