The Role
As a

Performance Marketing Executive, you will own the end-to-end digital advertising strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram. You will be responsible for campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization to ensure maximum conversions and ROI.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Instagram
• Manage daily ad spend of ₹10-30K+ and overall campaign spend of ₹1 Cr
• Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve results
• Analyze metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for business growth
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Product teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Implement strategies to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
  

Required Skills & Experience

  Get Hired
  Minimum 6 months experience in performance marketing, preferably in SaaS-based companies
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube & Instagram advertising
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting & optimization
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns
• Knowledge of lead generation, funnel optimization, and retargeting
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and results-oriented approach
