Job Role: Ticketing Executive

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

• 
  Manage and oversee hotel bookings for employees, clients, and guests, ensuring comfort, convenience, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate and arrange complete travel requirements upon receiving travel requisition forms/requests, including:
• Hotel room reservations
• Transport pick-up and drop-off
  
• Provide alternative arrangements promptly in case of changes before or during the trip.
• Ensure submission and verification of all necessary ID proofs for travel and accommodation.
• Maintain cordial relations with vendors, travel agents, and hotel reservation desks to secure the best deals and smooth operations.
• Stay updated on visa norms, international travel conditions, and requirements.
• Keep abreast of general information about other countries, including currency, exchange rates, and travel advisories.
• Handle and oversee all travel-related operations, including boarding, lodging, and other logistics.
