Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Prayagraj for an Agency Manager at ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the agency, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with agents, and meeting sales targets.
- Sales Management, Relationship Building, and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement sales strategies
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Certification in insurance or relevant field is a plus
