Role Description

The Agency Manager will work full-time on-site at our Chennai location. The Agency Manager will be responsible for developing and managing agency channels to meet sales targets, recruiting and training agents, conducting performance reviews, and building strong relationships with agents. Additionally, the Agency Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and develop strategies to enhance agency productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency management, sales, and recruitment
• Skills in performance reviews and training
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
