Customer Service Representative

What role you will play in team: You will be the voice of ManipalCigna, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.

What you will do: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats, addressing their needs and concerns related to insurance policies.

Key responsibility:

• Answering customer inquiries regarding policy information, claims, and benefits.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Following up on customer requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• 
  Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Escalating complex issues to senior staff.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer service experience preferred
