Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a member of the Group Sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through group bookings and partnerships. Your main focus will be on identifying and acquiring new group clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new group sales opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase group bookings and partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and packages for group clients
- Manage relationships with existing group partners and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the group sales or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
