Job Description
Job Purpose: The HR Business Partner (North) will drive strategic HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance and engaged workforce. This role will focus on employee engagement, retention, performance management, compliance, and strategic partnerships. By collaborating with business leaders, the HRBP will guide employee relations, talent development, and data-driven HR decision-making to enhance business outcomes
Designation: Manager / Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (North)
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :Employee Engagement and Retention: - Partner with engagement SPOC and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs. Identify key drivers of employee turnover and develop retention strategies to address
them.
Performance Management: - Support managers in setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to employees. Facilitate the performance review process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Employee Relations, Compliance & Learning Support: - Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company code of conduct policies. Provide guidance and support to managers on handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Collaborate with functional heads and training team to identify skill gaps and support the training team in executions. Also, promote a culture of continuous learning
Strategic Partnerships: - Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, influencing decision-making and driving positive change across the organization.
HR Metrics and Analytics: - Track key HR metrics such as turnover rate and engagement scores to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives
Qualification and Experience :
MBA in Human Resources with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Effective Interpersonal Skills, Excellent Communication skills, Analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office
