Data Analyst

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Statistics, Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL to support business teams.
• Analyze sales, marketing, customer, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Define and monitor key metrics, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility on performance.
• Support A/B testing and campaign analysis by tracking outcomes and providing actionable insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data requirements and analysis.
• Maintain data documentation, reporting definitions, and standard operating procedures.

• Data analysis concepts and reporting methodologies
• Business metrics related to sales, marketing, customer behavior, and operations
• Data visualization best practices
• Basic understanding of databases and data structures
• Familiarity with performance tracking, KPIs, and business dashboards
• Understanding of digital and social marketing terminologies and concepts
• Understanding of latest updates in software & tools used for digital and social marketing and promotions.
• Knowledge in SQL, MS Office, Power BI, Looker studio, Tableau.
• Strong data analyzing, cleaning and validation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
