Job Description
This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely update of books of accounts, preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports, financial statements, Coordinate with Auditors for various Audits - Stat Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, IFC Audit & others, preparation of MIS reports and update variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, EVA, Corporate tax and GST reporting, audit schedules, intercompany reconciliation as well as checking of payment records.
- Required to perform credit review for vendor selection, as well as liaise with auditors and tax consultants on year end and taxation matters.
- Work closely with various consultants - tax consultants, due diligence consultants, Corp Sec consultants, and other Govt Authorities for compliance submission purposes.
- Liaise with finance team based in Singapore headquarters for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and internally with various operational departments to perform job role.
- Handle additional responsibilities of new Projects as applicable
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, CA / CA-Inter / MBA / MCom with Accounts / Finance background.
- Minimum 4-5 years relevant hands-on experience.

- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Able to communicate in local language to communicate with local stakeholders and English to liaise with Headquarters in Singapore.
- Experience with SAP system would be advantageous.
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
