Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at a Marriott International property in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, and coordination of training and development activities. The Human Resources Executive will assist in implementing HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting performance management and engagement initiatives in alignment with Marriotts culture and standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with department leaders on staffing needs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HR systems data. The role also contributes to organizing employee events, supporting diversity and inclusion efforts, and fostering a positive, service-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records, work with HR information systems, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with team members at all levels.
• Experience in organizing training, development, and engagement activities that support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with digital HR tools.
• Previous experience in human resources, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industries, is beneficial.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• High level of integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and commitment to Marriott Internationals values and service standards.
