Human Resources Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator, located in Salem. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of daily tasks, including overseeing HR management activities, ensuring compliance with company HR policies, and managing employee relations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing benefits administration and supporting organizational HR initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in Benefits Administration and understanding of organizational benefits programs
• Proficiency in fostering Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns in a professional manner
• Sound understanding and ability to implement and enforce HR Policies
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
