Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven background in outbound sales to drive our expansion into the European and North American markets. In this role, you will take a quality-first approach to outbound sales: thoroughly studying prospect accounts, organizing leads, and conducting targeted, well-researched cold calls to decision-makers.
Note for Candidates: Full training and continuous coaching are provided to help you master our specific tech and engineering sectors. We supply the lead databases, research frameworks, and sales tools—you bring your outbound experience, phone confidence, and strong execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Analysis & Account Preparation
- Review, clean, and organize prospect databases provided by the team.
- Conduct pre-call research on target companies to identify current pain points, tech stacks, and executive decision-makers.
- Map target accounts to ensure outreach is highly relevant and personalized.
- Targeted Outbound Outreach
- Execute 20–30 high-quality, well-researched cold calls per day.
- Combine cold calling with personalized email follow-ups and LinkedIn touches.
- Apply structured objection-handling frameworks to navigate gatekeepers and engage C-level executives.
- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
- Meet weekly targets for research completion, connection rates, and qualified meetings set.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in outbound calling/sales targeting international markets (Europe or North America).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional tone suitable for international corporate executives.
- Research Ability: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze lead lists and spot relevant hooks for personalized outreach.
- Shift Alignment: Ability to work across international business hours — shift runs 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT) (with a 1-hour break between 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM PHT) to seamlessly cover both European afternoon hours and North American morning hours.
- Coachability: Strong desire to learn, accept feedback, and continuously refine phone technique.
- Work Setup: This is a remote role — candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home work environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily Call Volume: 20–30 targeted calls
- Account Research: 20–30 leads reviewed and prepared per day
- Meeting Targets: 8 qualified discovery meetings booked per month
