MQ Control Group

.Engaging with stakeholders & taking requirements to understand Market Quality problems and making use cases using Telematics to resolve the same through ETL, Data cleaning, creating logics, coding and visualization of data.

.Monitor and analyze the Initial Quality Survey performance of newly launched vehicle models during the defined post-launch monitoring period, identify emerging Quality issues, drive containment and corrective actions, and improve customer satisfaction.

.Central coordination of Divisional activities, monitoring & driving of KPIs achievement and reporting.

Telematics Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements from stakeholders and document them
• Check feasibility of analysis through Telematics data by analysing signals required vs availability.
• Create Most feasible solution for solving the use case and doing ETL of raw data
• Coding and analysis of data to provide insights to user team and giving the data in a simple visualized form for easy understanding.
• Identify useful telematics signals, take feedback for new developments, engage with stakeholder groups, 3^rd party etc., development and implementation.

IQS Responsibilities:

• For new models launched in various markets, Periodic tracking of the Post Launch feedback for identifying early emerging trends & timely escalation
• Management updates and reporting on periodic basis
• Prepare & Maintain Dashboard for New model feedback
• Drive cross-functional Quality improvement initiatives
• Ensuring latest status availability of defect investigations and closures for ready access

Divisional Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Divisional KPIs achievement by Individual departments
• Conducting of Monthly Divisional communication meetings
• Monthly MIS reporting data preparation
• Periodic Management reporting of Divisional KPI status & necessary escalations and follow ups
• Central coordination of Divisional activities
• As control group, preparation for & handling of Internal and External audits
• Preparation of Divisional presentations for various management reviews

Technical/ Functional competencies (Telematics):

• Hands on experience in Electrical, Electronics & CAN basic architecture.
• Good understanding of Hardware & Software architecture, Cloud platforms (AWS, IBM), Interface with other vehicle ECUs (DCM, BCM, IPC.)

Technical/Functional competencies (IQS):

• Should have basic Vehicle Systems Knowledge (Body, Interior, Chassis, Power train, Electrical & Electronics etc.)

• Should be able to prioritize issues based on Safety impact, Customer impact, Business impact

Educational Qualification & Skills

• B.E / B. Tech
• Minimum 60 % marks
• Basic Excel and PPT skills
• Basic Python skills
