ODOO Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle inbound sales inquiries for our IT / SaaS solutions. The role involves converting qualified leads into customers through effective communication, product understanding, and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads generated through website, ads, campaigns, and referrals
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable SaaS / IT solutions
• Conduct product demos and presentations
• Follow up with prospects to close deals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical/implementation teams for smooth on boarding
• Lead handling Odoo ERP prospects is a plus
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Analytical and time-management skills
• Ability to create professional sales proposals
• Upselling and cross selling skills
• A flexible work schedule
• Hubspot CRM is a plus
• Technical knowledge on how software works is a plus

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
