Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bardez. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote company services through direct sales activities and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves coordinating and executing promotional campaigns, supporting customer service activities to ensure client satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales performance. The specialist will also participate in training sessions, collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies, and contribute to achieving overall revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess training experience or the ability to coach and support team members in sales and service best practices.
• Candidates must be able to convert leads into clients with effective sales calls and marketing skills as per targets given.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in marketing or business development, including basic knowledge of promotional strategies and market analysis.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role, will be an advantage.
