Role Description The Programmatic Ad Operation role at Mavlers is a full-time, remote position on a 1-year contract. This role involves setting up, managing, and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns across various platforms to achieve performance and brand objectives. The Programmatic Ad Operation specialist will handle day-to-day trafficking, quality checks, troubleshooting delivery issues, and implementing targeting and bidding strategies. The role includes monitoring campaign performance, generating reports, and providing insights to internal stakeholders and clients. Collaboration with sales, account management, and project teams will be required to ensure accurate execution of campaign requirements and continuous improvement of operational processes.

• Familiarity with programmatic platforms (e.g., DSPs), ad serving tools, and digital advertising best practices is beneficial.
• A bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
