Manager - Talent Acquisitions - FMCG/FMCD

• Education: MBA from Premier institutes like IIM/XLRI/SCMHRD/TIS / SIMS / NMIMS / IBS etc
• :

1. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. Develop and implement talent management strategies, including career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

2. Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and on boarding support.

3. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and talent market trends, Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and talent communities.

4. Talent Acquisition: Driving the talent acquisition process for respective departments & functional heads to provide strategic inputs on the hiring process. Partner with the department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding with the TA POC.

5 Candidates should have exp in Corporate & Plant level hirings.

6 Developing s: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.

7 Building Talent Pipelines: Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies to create a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs

8 Performance Management: Drive the performance management process for all departments. Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
