Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Architecture & Data Engineering:

1. Pipeline Orchestration: Architect and oversee robust, automated ETL/ELT data pipelines integrating complex datasets from primary/secondary sales, ERPs, etc,

2. Cloud Data Warehousing: Lead the transition and optimization of our data architecture on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure). Design highly optimized data models to reduce query latency and manage cloud compute costs.

3. Data Governance: Establish stringent data quality, master data management (MDM), and version control protocols to ensure single-source-of-truth accuracy across regional and national reporting.

• Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence:

1. Predictive Modeling: Move the organization beyond descriptive dashboards. Develop and deploy Python-based machine learning models for rigorous sales forecasting, demand planning, and anomaly detection in product quality.

2. Commercial Insights: Design complex, high-performance Power BI data models (handling millions of rows) to provide granular, daily insights into Category performance (Paperboat, Swing, Sparkling), pricing strategies, and regional market penetration.

3. Recommendation Systems: Develop and deploy intelligent cross-sell and up-sell algorithms for our distribution networks, optimizing the SKU assortment and tailoring product mixes (Swing, Sparkling, Paperboat) for specific regional distributors and retail partners.

4. Optimization Algorithms: Architect Python-based production planning engines to optimize supply chain routing and resource allocation. Build resilient models that account for dynamic manufacturing buffers, minimize stock-outs, and prevent premature line stoppages across our manufacturing facilities.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

1. Cross-Functional Strategy: Act as the technical bridge between IT/Engineering and Business Leaders (Sales, Supply Chain). Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable data solutions.

2. Team Leadership: Mentor and scale a high-performing team of data analysts and engineers. Drive best practices in code reviews, CI/CD for data pipelines, and agile project delivery.

Core Tech Stack & Technical Requirements:

1. Cloud Platforms: Deep hands-on expertise in at least one major cloud data ecosystem: GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage), AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue), or Azure (Synapse Analytics, Data Factory).

2. Data Engineering: Proficiency with modern data stack tools such as dbt (data build tool), Apache Airflow (or similar orchestration tools), and PySpark for handling large-scale data processing.

• 3. Programming: Strong, production-level coding skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for predictive analytics and automation.
• 4. Database & SQL: Expert-level Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, query plan optimization).
• 5. Business Intelligence: Mastery of Power BI, including advanced DAX programming, complex tabular modeling, Power Query (M), and integrating BI tools with cloud data warehouses.
• 6. Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub and implementing CI/CD pipelines for analytics and data engineering workflows.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

1. Experience: 6 to 9+ years of hardcore experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science, with at least 1+ years in leadership or managerial capacity.

2. Industry Background: Prior experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Retail is highly preferred, given the nuances of primary/secondary sales and plant operations
