Job Description

Coordinate & facilitate Internal audits acorss Units.
Random pre audits as per Checklist prior to Internal audit.
Facilitating closure of Internal Audit observations
Addition/deletion of Pharmacists on the Govt portal.
Coordination for annual limit for Narcotic drugs for Units.
Tracking of EP bounce report.
Regular planned Unit visits.
Review Pharmacy Psat score for Units.
Inventory: Random stock checks.
Perpetual stock and Half Yearly Stock take: Support execution, consolidation and coordination with Finance.
Pharmacy manual updation.
Resolving issues and standardizing policy related queries
Coordinating between liaison office and Units for renewal of Drug licenses (Retail, Wholesales, Schedule X, END, FSSAI)
Tracking of Licenses (New and Renewal ) and support to Units where there is any issue.
HIS Roles allocated to Units : Check and rectify
Miscellaneous activities related to Various initiatives / Activities related to Pharmacy and Medical Stores
