Assistant Manager - (Graphic Designer) Marketing

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities

·Create day-to-day design materials, including but not limited to EDMs, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials to enhance sales and recruitment efforts

• . · In addition to design work, support video editing for promotional videos, webinars, and other multimedia content
• · Ensure consistent application of the company’s branding guidelines across all communication materials.
• · Oversee the display and regular updates of all branding materials within the campus and on digital platforms.

· Collaborate with vendors and the procurement team for printing needs, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of all printed materials.

· Develop creative concepts and design visuals based on project requirements and brand identity.

· Produce original images and layouts using design software or hand illustrations, ensuring the highest quality standards. · Exhibit a keen eye for detail, maintaining high aesthetic standards in all design work.

· Coordinate with external agencies, web designers, and other relevant partners to enhance design output.

· Proficiency in working with digital formats and a strong appreciation for digital tools. IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables
