Floor Coordinator Level 1/2

• Provide assistance to medical administration in effectively managing patient care programs.
• Daily meeting with attendants of all admitted patient and solving their queries. 
• Coordinating including care patient/ family education on their rights and responsibility. 
• Daily following up with nursing incharges for any problem regarding Pharmacy/diagnostics/other services.
• Cost effective utilization of resources in consistence with the hospital mission and collaborative patient care.
• To act as a liaison between doctors and patients when ever required and ensuring that patient and attendants are aware of medical status of the patient.
• Carry out daily check for the entire patient shifted from ward /ICU to the OT and from the OT
• Expediting the discharge process to improve the given TAT.
• Handling VIP patients in OPD and IPD. 
• Oversee the redressal of grievances/complaints received from the patients in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collect feedback in prescribed feedback forms from all patients and collate the feedback received into an HIS Software to be shared with the top management on a periodic basis
• Monitoring the quality indicators for quality purpose.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein as may be assigned or delegated.
• To diligently carryout any other responsibility, job role or task assigned from time to time by the management or superior.
