Job Summary:

• Data Analysts will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document,
• and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. The ideal candidate will analyze
• complex datasets, develop dashboards and reports, and translate business needs into
• actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Write complex MySQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business users
• Perform data analysis and automation using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and data models
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports
• Document business requirements, data definitions, and analytical logic

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering,
• or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst
• Strong expertise in MySQL (joins, subqueries, indexing, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis
• Strong experience in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualizations)
• Ability to convert data insights into clear business recommendations
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with other databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) is plus
