Position Summary:
McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a finance transformation professional. Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) is a multi-year transformation to enable Global Finance to achieve its vision of being a strategic advisor to the business. This program focuses on all aspects of Finance, including transformation across people, processes, operating model, and technology. The role of Manager, Finance Systems (ARCS) will serve as the Functional Solutions Manager for Oracle Fusion Record to Report (RTR), Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation), and Cashsheets. The candidate is expected to reside within Hyderabad, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion RTR, ARCS, Cashsheets, and related systems to meet business needs and global finance strategies.
- Serve as the Oracle Fusion RTR, ARCS, Cashsheets functional expert and coordinate on questions, solutions, tools, testing, and training support.
- Collaborate with global finance stakeholders to collect and document their requirements related to Oracle Fusion RTR, ARCS, Cashsheets, and related systems.
- Assess the effectiveness of existing global finance software and tools, recommend enhancements or replacements as needed.
- Partner on change management execution to facilitate the successful adoption of new finance processes and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or Technology preferred.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion and Oracle ARCS required.
- English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4).
