Job Description
- As a Senior Manager, Data Architecture at McDonald's Corporation in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for designing and managing data architectures that ensure seamless integration, quality, and governance of enterprise data systems to support business objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and overseeing scalable data architectures to support enterprise data systems. You will collaborate with engineers to implement ETL/ELT processes, support data integration from various sources, and work on maintaining data quality and governance to meet business and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work on aligning data architecture with business objectives, evaluating and integrating new data technologies, and troubleshooting data issues and performance bottlenecks.
To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in data modelling, database design, and data integration techniques. Experience with data architecture frameworks and tools such as TOGAF, ER/Studio, and Talend is essential. Strong SQL skills, knowledge of cloud data services, and big data concepts are important. You should also have a solid understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance standards, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Ideally, you should have a background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a bachelor's degree or higher. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data architecture or a related field is required.
