Technical Product Analyst (Sr. EDMCS):
As a Senior Technical Product Analyst in the Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) Team, you will be part of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Enterprise Data Management (EDM) product area. The team's vision is to be people-led, product-centric, forward-thinking, and a trusted technology partner. You will support the Technical Product Management leadership in various technical and IT-related delivery topics, providing guidance to developers and squad members. Your responsibilities will include managing squad output, participating in roadmap and backlog preparation, creating technical process flows and solution architecture diagrams, leading acceptance criteria creation, and supporting the hiring and development of engineers.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager on product roadmap and backlog preparation
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Create detailed requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Attend product team ceremonies and lead the Software Development Engineers
- Work on technical solutioning, feature development, and releases
- Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and vendors
- Ensure application service levels are maintained as per standards
- Deploy new features, ensure code development aligns with standards, and maintain documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and facilitate informed business decisions
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
- 5+ years of EDM technical analyst experience
- Knowledge of Agile software development process
- Experience working collaboratively with business partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of EPM product suite applications
- Oracle Technical certifications preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, data integration tools, and scripting languages
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and security standards
