We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated IT Project Manager with over 8+ years of experience in managing complex software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in PHP (Laravel) and React, along with proven experience in team leadership, project coordination, and multi-project management. You will be responsible for overseeing full project lifecycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and aligning technical efforts with business goals.

• Lead, plan, and manage multiple concurrent software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide strong team leadership by mentoring developers, managing performance, and ensuring accountability.
• Manage and monitor project timelines, scope, resources, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and business teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Ensure high code quality and alignment with technical standards, particularly in PHP (Laravel) and React-based projects.
