Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for the companys real estate projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, and managing client relationships from initial contact through closure. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, track market trends, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on business development activities and performance metrics is expected, along with active participation in promotional events, site visits, and networking initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the client base.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client portfolios and support long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with clients, present offerings clearly, and negotiate agreements.
• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of the real estate market, especially in Kolkata, and experience in sales or business development roles.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, conducting client meetings and property visits, with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
