Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the companys on-site workforce in Kolkata. This full-time role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The role also includes managing HR documentation, payroll coordination with the finance team, and leading training and development initiatives aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement, with the ability to build trust and maintain a positive work environment.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policy development relevant to the Indian real estate sector.
• Candidates should possess skills in training, coaching, and talent development to support continuous improvement and capability building.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software tools.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate integrity, discretion, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
