Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist located in Kolkata. The individual in this role will manage and coordinate marketing and PR activities, conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, and engage in client communication to bolster business relationships. The responsibilities also include fostering customer service excellence and supporting sales initiatives to promote the companys services and properties.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and understanding industry trends to inform strategies
• Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies and Sales plans
• Ability to build relationships and work cohesively within a team
• Knowledge of the real estate sector and prior experience in a similar role are advantageous
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and adapt to a fast-paced environment
